Genova Insieme was founded in 1992 as a response to football violence between Genoa and Sampdoria supporters. The proposal of a city councilor, Mario Tullo, turned this rivalry into a job opportunity, bringing together fans of both teams in a cooperative dedicated to cleaning the Ferraris stadium.
